Open Source presents a range of new issues to be managed by corporate counsel. How do you handle:

    • Management of internal software development, given open source code can be downloaded from the Internet without legal review.
    • Assessment of a target company's use of open source code.
    • Procurement of software that includes open source code.
    This program will cover the business and legal concerns open source raises and will offer practical guideines, policies and practices to support the management and use of open source software.
